Foreskin inflamed: Caused by tip of penis compressed by wet nappy (called diaper in USA). Suggest wash penis with gentle soap &amp; water, dab dry &amp; leave him nappy free for a few hours. Redness should settle down. Do not try pull back foreskin unless it retracts easily, usually does not at his age. You can apply a little antibiotic vaseline ointment (Bacitracin, Neosporin etc) Then try &amp; change nappies more frequently.
