Under anesthesia: If it can be put in, then it can be taken out.  However, taken object out through the sphincter is more gentle and less traumatic under complete anesthesia.  It doesnt cost much to put in but it cost a whole lot to take out.

help! i introduced a small bouncy ball (2 cm) in my rectum when i was a kid and don't remember if came out. i don't feel the symptoms of a foreign body but i'm afraid is still inside me. at this point have i already evacuated it?

i keep thinking there is a foreign body in my anus or rectum and i cant remember if i put it in my anus. if there actually was a foreign body in my anus or rectum would i feel anything and can i have a foreign body in my rectum without any symptoms?

: Usually one would expect the body to expel it as it does stool( and as it expels items that individuals may have swallowed). But  an abdominal film should show something or a sigmoidoscopy  may identify a foreign body. Follow up with gastroenterology.

the objects i use for anal are hard (they don't bend) and long (25 cm or 10 inches). i apply pressure to bend my insides to pass rectum and enter the sigmoid colon. is this dangerous?

what do i do if a small plastic object is unretreivable from my rectum?  is it possible it is traveling upwards? i am vomitng now with no fever a constant cramping pain in the middle of my stomach which has moved upward in the last 12 to 24 hours

Hemorrhoid/Abscess: Was it sudden onset with continuous pain? Or was it gradual onset with fevers and chills? The first is a thrombosed external hemorroid, the second an abscess. Those are the most likely, although it could be something else. Either way i think you should be evaluated by your doctor.

Rectal : Rectal prolapse in children usually occurs between the ages of 9 months and 3 years and usually resolves by the time the child is 6 years old.  Typically it can be treated at home with stoll softeners and a high fiber diet.  If the prolapse occurs at home, push it back in as soon as possible with a disposible glave and lubricating jelly.  Applying an ice pack can help decrease the swelling and make pushing it in a little easier.

Prolapses that are caused by underlying disorders such as cystic fibrosis or hirschprung's or those that cannot be fixed at home may require additional treatment such as a sclerosent injection or surgery.  If your child has a prolapsed rectum that is causing pain and cannot be reduced, he may need to go to the emergency room.

i may need you to rephrase your question.

But, the assumption i make is that your stool is frequent and/ or soft in the morning.  It is very common to have a bowel movement at the same time every day.  And, to have this happen when one first awakes is also very common.

But, if your stool is not formed you may have a parasite infection or a food allergy and this needs to be evaluated.
