My rectum is so soft?

Rectum not normal?: Hi i may need you to rephrase your question. But, the assumption i make is that your stool is frequent and/ or soft in the morning. It is very common to have a bowel movement at the same time every day. And, to have this happen when one first awakes is also very common. But, if your stool is not formed you may have a parasite infection or a food allergy and this needs to be evaluated.
