Fordyce spots: Fordyce spots are benign noncancerous cystic lesions. Usually they contain a white cheesy substance that can be expressed. An experienced Gynecologist can diagnose this by visualization. They usually appear on the labia and surrounding area and not inside the vagina

None: Used primarily for promoting breast milk production in women. Used in asia for its supposed rejuvinating properties without any scientific evidence. Can be harmful for anyone with kidney disease. My advice would be don't bother. Healthy diet & exercise are surely preferable.

Usually resolves on own in 1-2 years, but treatment can speed recovery. Topical Imiquimod may help. Cryotherapy can b effective for small areas. (scratching can spread virus). Pulsed dye laser is being used for difficult cases. See peds/derm.

Fluid is normal: An AFI of 9.5 cm is normal. It is not low. At 36 weeks an AFI less than 5 cm would be considered low. If you are taking these supplements make sure your doctor is aware. Please do not take herbal supplements without first clearing them with your doctor.
