Cramps: Cramping in the foot can be as simple as biomechanical dysfunction which causes muscles/tendons to work harder, thus causing strain and fatigue.  Try some good supportive shoes and orthotics and see if correcting your foot position and alignment might correct the muscle strain and fatigue that is causing your cramps.  If not, get checked out by a physician for possible neuromuscular problems
