Probably not...: If helicobacter pylori has been documented in association with your ulcer, then treatment of it is requisite.Not treating this bacteria places you at risk for ulcer non-healing, ulcer recurrence, ; even stomach cancer.There are a number of antibiotic combinations that work quite effectively in eradicating the infection. After completion of antibiotics, check stool to document clearance of the bug.

Esophageal Spasm: H Pylori is not known to cause spasm of the esophagus.You had endoscopy  was normal and what tpo say Barium Swallow showed bacteria and acid does not make sence to me .there are different tests for Esophageal spasm like manometry and consult your Gastroentrologist . Treat the infection: A sophisticated question. Hpylori produces urease to  survive in the acid stomach. If you could stop it, it would be killed. Research is under way. R U a scientist? Not yet. 
You can kill the bacteria however. If you have symptoms and a test is positive you should take an antibiotic regime such as Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin for ten days together with omeprazole. 
90% of ulcers are curable.

Different organisms: H. Pylori and e. Coli are both bacteria, but they are two entirely different organisms.  You might think of this in terms of 'dogs'.  A dalmation and a collie are both dogs, but they are entirely different breeds.  Hope that this helps.
