Low: With a normal endoscopy a few months ago, the likelihood is very low.  I would wonder more about something else in your chest putting pressure on your esophagus, anxiety, or reflux.

About that...: That is the curse of having health anxiety. Normal bodily sensations and abnormal bodily sensations all are perceived as signs of illness... making it very difficult for either the patient or the doctor to tell when the patient is actually sick (other than suffering the sickness of health anxiety). The patient must teach himself which of his pains, his cramps, his sniffles, etc., are normal.

It depends: If you can't swallow your secretions(saliva) go to the ER.  If the food that could be stuck has anything sharp like a chicken bone or fish bone go to the ER.  Otherwise beyond trying to swallowing some fluids to wash it down and next trying moistened, well chewed bread to push it down.  If the sensation persists, review this with your doctor.

Eating habits?: If u feel as food stuck, pain burping.. it could be problem with either esophagus motility or acid reflux. Either one can be result of poor eating habits and stool pattern follow as result of upper disturbances. Eat slow, small portions, chew well, drink water., avoid sodas,  More yogurt, probiotics. Hard to say: But its good that your upper GI and colonoscopy were normal. Does it do this with all foods and liquids? Perhaps your doctor would want to do a swallowing x-ray study. Your chronically loose stools make me want to suggest a high-quality probiotic, one with several strains, and a high cfu count. It's best to keep working with your doctor to try to find out the cause.

Unlikely: I would see a doctor about the swollen glands and lightheadedness. Unlikely related to hh. Hiatal hernia and acid reflux could cause the esophagus to spasm or even develop scar tissue and narrowing. This would cause the feeling of food sticking or catching. I would see your doctor about getting a test to check your esophagus. If not already taking acid medication twice a day, recommend doing so.
