allerg: The title wouldn't let me type in allergic.  You are likely having an anaphylactic reaction to beans and need to avoid them. One need to rule out peanut allergy as well and you need to consider having epinephrine autoinjector at all times in case of accidental exposure to beans.  Consult an allergist since you likely have nasal and/or respiratory allergies as well.

Vomiting : Vomiting and diarrhea can occur with food poisoning.  They can also occur with gastroenteritis (stomach flu) or other intestinal causes.  If a patient had persistent vomiting, persistent diarrhea, blood in the stool, fever, or abdominal pain, then they should consult with their physician.

People use this term to generally describe illness acquired by eating foods, but there are many causes possible, from ingested toxins to bacterial or viral infections.  Generally, these acute illnesses last 24 - 72 hrs and resolve without further problems, but must stay hydrated.

Food poisoning: Why would you even think about food poisoning if you do not have GI symptoms?  Even when there is nausea and vomiting it may be very difficult to determine the actual cause unless the foodstuff is still available or the health department is doing an epidemiologic investigation of a food product or a restaurant.

my daughter has been vomiting and has diarrhea just developed a rash now the temperature of 96.3. i think its food poisoning. should i worry?

Rash: Rash is usually hard to diagnose without visualizing it. The whole vomiting, diarrhea and rash need to be evaluated by physician soon
