i get fatigue soon. due to tiredness i like to sleep a lot and it often seems as if i haven't slept enough. my entire food pipe and near thyro?

Need more infro: So many thing can cause fatigue.  To be able to best guide you, it would help if you provided more information.  Also your statements last phrase is a bit confusing, as I'm not sure what you mean by "My entire food pipe and near thyro?".  Does that mean you feel pain?

i am worried about the thickening of the food pipe that showed up on my ct scan will the medication my doctor gave me make it go and how will i know the thickening has gone?

: Inadequate information; however the thickening may be due to inflammation that may go down with treatment. It is best you talk to your treating doctor there about thecause. I would say that if you are eating well to make sure to eat more of vegetables; and most likely they may be able to do a follow up if needed to see if the thickening went away. If no symptoms you should just live your best life

i vomited up blood a week ago. i haven't had any issues since, should i be concerned still? it wasn't like nasal drainage from a bloody nose or anything. doctor wants to scope my food pipe and stomach, is that necessary?

Vomiting : Vomiting up blood can be from a bleeding from a bloody nose which you cough or vomit up, it can be from a bleeding ulcer, it can be from a tear in a blood vessel in your esophagus or it can be from a cancer.  A lot of your chances of having these things depends on things like your age, your smoking, alcohol intake, caffeine intake, spicy food choices, stress among other things.  It is reasonable to have an endoscopy (egd)  to help rule out the more dangerous and sinister problems.

what my mom said when i was born the doctor told her i have narrow esophagus. i am with kaiser i wonder why they didnt noticed it. i ate food and it comes back up. medicine dont work. i was told i have hypersensitivity esophagus. what can be done?

: I am not sure if it was true what your pediatrician told your mom . For the current symptom, your Kaiser primary care team should refer you to a GI doctor for further investigation if it has not been done. I do not believe the diagnosis of "hypersensitivity esophagus".

can anxiety make it feel like food is stuck in your esophagus? i'm able to eat and drink and breathe just fine, but i do feel the sensation there. i ate burger meat. talked to my family doctor, he believes nothing is there after explaining to him?

: yes it is possible as there is a condition known as globus hystericus however it is a diagnosis of exclusion may consider referral to a gi doctor or radiologic studies if negative CBT is the initial therapy for this

esophagus test came back normal and no narrowing. but i had a little acid and bacteria. the doctor gave antibiotics with panzaprozale to take 2x a day. i haven't been able to eat solid food for about a month. swallowing 
problem happens in chest?

Dysphagia: You probably have H.Pylori infection, complete the course of antibiotics, if you continue to have the problem, con sider spasm in the esophagus, follow up with your gastroenterologist who will guide you with further management.

how do doctors determine if there is a partial rupture to the esophagus?

Swallow contrast: Rupture of the esophagus is serious and requires definitive diagnosis and treatment to avoid injury and possible death. Diagnosis is generally made by swallowing a water soluble contrast, followed by x-rays to see if the contrast leaks out of the esophagus. Also, the x-ray may show air in the lung space (pneumothorax) or in the middle of the chest (mediastinum). Treatment is surgical or stent.

my young son has been on a liquid form of budesodine for three months now. how long should he be on it, until the doctors should check to see if his inflammation of the esophagus has cleared?
