Not much: Not much, it is used to clean breast feeding implements, pumps, etc. I would think taking too much of anything is bad for you, but people use it to gargle with, then spit it out, but i'm sure still swallow some.

Advise against...: There is no medical data to support ingesting hydrogen peroxide (h2o2), in any form, to treat any disease. There are many bogus websites out there claiming it is beneficial, but it is not. If ingested, a 3% solution is mildly irritating to mucosal tissue and may cause vomiting and diarrhea. Basically, anyone selling "food-grade" h2o2 is running a scam to part you from your money.

Safe: Hydrogen peroxide is like water, once it has evaporated, it is no longer there to do any mischief.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

a follow-up question that i forgot to include is how long will my tongue sensitivity last after using the toothpaste. it had baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in it. when i stronger flavor foods its a little irritated.  thank you.

24 hours: Tongue irritation from baking soda/peroxide toothpaste can last up to about 24 hours. Try sticking to bland, soft foods for that period, including cold foods to soothe the irritation. Drink lots of water or electrolyte solutions to help wash away bacteria and other irritants. Avoid spicy/acidic foods that may cause extended irritation and sharp foods that may damage irritated mucosa.

ive been using 3% hydrogen peroxide with half parts water, once a day, for weeks, as mouth wash after brushing my teeth. i now have sensitivity at the tips of a few teeth when chewing food. if i caused enamel damage, can my teeth heal over time?

: The teeth are not damaged...You have had penetration of the hydrogen peroxide into the pulp of the tooth causing some microscopic bubbles there and when they expand and contract due to temperature changes with food and drink it causes the pain you are experiencing. You can discontinue for a week and see if that helps..could also have gotten there from some areas of receded gums..
