i have been having problems with my stomach. everytime i eat certain food it starts to upset really bad for example shiply donuts.

Gallbladder?:      You didn&#x27;t specify but one food and it is fried. If it mainly greasy and/or spicy foods that bother you, you need to have your gallbladder evaluated. In  any case, you need to see your PCP to get a good history &amp; physical, plus any indicated diagnostic tests.

i think i have some temperature because of my stomach.i probably ate some bad food now i'm feeling a little sick.maybe coca-cola will help me?

Not good idea: Coca cola is toxic with huge amounts of high fructose corn syrup that will cause a spike in insulin and cause inflammation &amp; is also highly acidic. It is best avoided at all times, esp. if ill.
You might try Ginger tea, the homeopathic remedy Nux vomica, and Chinese "Curing pills," and/or charcoal capsules all available at health food stores. Drink lots of fluids. Symptoms should pass soon.

It: Could be a motility problem.  Talk to your doctor  you may need to see a GI specialist for an endoscopy to find out what's going on

Depends: Not sure what bad food means but usually ant acids and gas relievers such as gas-x help. But if these measures dont work along with avoidance of the "bad food" then a thorough GI work up by your doctor may be needed.

Sometimes the same.: With either one, you can have nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, although fever is less often due to food poisoning.  If more than one person ate a specific food at the same time and both developed symptoms at about the same time, that increases the likelihood that it's food poisoning.

Yes, but: The gut and the particular foods that can cause cramps varies enormously  for  individuas. And for the state o the food at the time it is eaten.   I believe that the style of eating is the key to prevent stomache cramps. Select good quality foods, prepare them well, sit in a relaxed settng, w people you are comfortable with, eat slowly, chew the food very well, drink some fluid every few bites.

Digestion: You likely lack enzymes necessary to digest the food. I have no vested interest in this product but do recommend "digest extra" sold at the vitamin shoppe. It has all the enzymes your body needs for food breakdown and usually does the trick.

Maybe nothing but...: Taken together, your symptoms suggest a potentially sluggish gut.  This may reflect autonomic dysfunction, inflammation, infection, gynecologic issues/pregnancy, even a bladder infection. Irritable bowel syndrome also has to be considered.  Some simple testing and a physical exam should help answer your question and define what treatment is appropriate.

was cleaning the outside bin earlier(been away so had moldy food waste and flies in)now i have bad stomach pains and feel sick.should i be concerned?

Accepted Answer

Yes and No: You could be sick from exposure but the onset of illness is very fast.  You may have already had the infection brewing and symptoms are unrelated to the refuse bin.  Either way if the pain gets worse, you start to vomit or get diarrhea, or you get dehydrated get help.
