Yes, but: The gut and the particular foods that can cause cramps varies enormously for individuas. And for the state o the food at the time it is eaten. I believe that the style of eating is the key to prevent stomache cramps. Select good quality foods, prepare them well, sit in a relaxed settng, w people you are comfortable with, eat slowly, chew the food very well, drink some fluid every few bites.

Occasionally: Some people get stomach cramps with certain foods, such as foods that they are allergic to, foods that they have an intolerance for (such as lactose intolerance), foods that are very greasy, etc. If a person exercises after a moderate or large meal, he may get stomach cramps more easily. However, there are also plenty of people who don't get cramps regardless of which foods they eat.
