Yes by definition: However your problem could be from an allergic reaction and you likely have asthma as well (milk , clam. or other ingredients in the chowder).   Consult an allergist to find out what you may be allergic to and whether you have asthma.

Skin issues: Food allergy is not associated with wrinkles. Some people with lots of allergies can have creases under their eyes, but not true wrinkles. Some people with food allergies will also get rashes if they ingest the food they are allergic to.

FOOD ALLERGY: A food allergy can cause many symptoms: itching, tingling of the mouth, hives, swelling of the face and lips, wheezing, trouble in breathing, dizziness, lightheadness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fainting and other symptoms. If you know which food, stop it immediatlely!  and see a doctor!

Yes: Food allergies can cause hives, but only associated with the specific food you are allergic to.  So if you are getting hives while avoiding that food it is not the food allergy that is the problem.  The unintentional weight loss is not normally associated with food allergies and hives can sometimes be associated with other immune, infectious, or cancer type illness. See your doctor.

Unlikely: Skin reactions from food allergy are worsening of eczema (atopic dermatitis), hives, and swelling.  They should not contribute to signs of aging.

Messy stools: You may have longstanding irritable bowel syndrome with stools that are too loose. Try firming up your stool by taking a fiber supplement like Metamucil. Don't eat too much fruit at one time. Probiotics may help.  If you can't identify what's causing loose BM's, look into the fodmap diet. Consult a gastroenterologist as needed.

Yes and yes: Food allergy is not a trivial matter.  Food allergy can change from itching one time to fatal anaphylaxis the next.  It is important to have allergy testing, have a consultation with an allergist, avoid all foods you are allergic to, have an epipen (epinephrine) and an emergency action plan handy, and carefully examine the contents of everything you eat for contamination with the allergy triggers you have.

Not likely: Food allergy reactions typically cause rash, hives, swelling, diarrhea and other GI symptoms.  Ear popping/crackling is suggestive of eustachian tube dysfunction that is more commonly seen in environmental allergies leading to nasal congestion.
