Possibly : If the bodily reaction is occurring consistently with only certain foods.  The saturation and the blood pressure readings you have are normal.  If it is happening with any eating or swallowing then need to think about some sort of gastrointestinal disorder.  Further consultation with your GP may help here

Angioedema!: Some people with stress release histamine in the skin.  When scratching occurs, red welts occur.  Try combining an over the counter drug like Claritin and zantac (ranitidine) (2x 75mg). I bet you get relief!

Yes ?stress: It could be hives.Sometimes when you get upset you can break out into hives.This is not unusual.

Allergy testing will document  what items you are allergic to as well as telling how allergic you are to each item. Eczema is often allergically mediated and may simply be another manifestation of your allergies.

Yes: Ragweed, besides causing typical allergy symptoms of sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, runny nose, is a photosensitizer; so the combination of ragweed oil on the skin plus sunlight can cause itching.
