No: Vitamins do not make your butt grow. There is one supplement - creatine that is supposed to help build muscle but i don't think its a good supplement to take.

Height: I am not sure what "height pills" are.  With puberty, you get a growth spurt but then your bone growth plates close, and after that you will not grow any more.  At age 16, you may have a little growth left, depending on where you are in puberty.  Growth hormone shots may help give you a little extra growth, but are very expensive.  You should see a specialist in this (endocrinologist).

No and probably no.: I doubt that taking the morning after pill will cause fibroids to grow.  It is also unlikely they will go away on there own.

Height: At age 18, you have probably completed all your growth, although if puberty was a bit late it is possible you could grow a little.  If your hormones are normal (normal male secondary features), then you have everything you need to grow, and the only obstacle is genetics.  I am sure this "pill" will do nothing. You can check with your doctor if you want to know your bone age.

NO: I assume you mean an endometrial tumor or fibroid. There is not a specific washout week on the pill. The tumor would be a slow growing and usually with a hormonal imbalance. During the time you are on the pill  your body "thinks" you are pregnant. If you think you have an endometrial tumor see your doctor.

Fibroids and OCP : Lower dose birth control pills do not seem to cause fibroids to grow any faster than they usually do. When they outgrow their supply of blood flow and oxygen, they can degenerate. This can cause extra pain and bleeding.

Get prenatal care: The most important thing is the health of the child that is developing and forming its vital organs.  Please make an appointment for prenatal care now.  To avoid excess weight gain, continue to eat a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables, some fruits, lean protein and whole grains.  Take a prenatal multivitamin making sure you are getting 800 mcg per day of folate (folic acid) and  omega 3s (dha & epa).

No: Fibroids grow from estrogen. Levonorgestral is a progestin.
