Lymph nodes: are normal structures.  If they are mildly enlarged, it is usually due to benign causes.  If it has been stable since 2012, in all likelihood  it is of no concern.

dear doctor, i am 43 year oid female. i have an mri with and without contrast scheduled tomorrow for liver imaging. i have a 3cm hypoechoic focal lesion in the left lobe of the liver. i am worried about gadolinium as contrast agent. is it safe?

: It is safe if you do not have advanced chronic kidney disease.

Hepatic cysts: My impression is that these have been interpreted as hepatic cysts and you have some fatty infiltration of the liver without evidence of hepatic damage.  Listen to your doctor.  They are accurate.

Hypoechoic nodule: The nodules you describe are quite small and most likely cause little, if any, harm.

If you feel OK and your thyroid lab levels are OK do not be disturbed.

I don't think biopsy of those small nodules would be easy.

Many causes: Hypoechoic lesions are abnormal areas that appear as darker areas on an ultrasound. They can occur in any part of the body and for a range of reasons. It may be harmless, or may need treatment. The radiologist may be able to determine the cause, or additional tests may be done.

Indeterminate: A true cyst on ultrasound is, by definition, echo free or anechoic. A hypoechoic nodule has low level internal echoes that are less than surrounding tissue but not actually a cyst. So the finding is indeterminate.

Depend: it depend how old you are and are you still want to have children or not the simplest thing first is to do hystroscopy which is a procedure allow the GYN to look and see inside your uterus to take a biopsy or and remove the fibroid if possible some will do a D&amp;C to take a sample of the whole lining of the uterus either way the goal is to establish the benign nature of the fibroid
