49 year old spine: Sounds like you have the spine of a 49 year old.  It is very common to have minor abnormalities of the discs as you get older.  These only become significant when there is a neurologic deficit or pain which directly correlates with the findings on mri.  With the findings on this MRI no neurologic findings are expected. Pain is possible but it will be difficult to blame your discs.

Disc bulge: It sounds like a description by a radiologist after MRI showing degeneration of a disk, with bulging of the outer part of the disc, similar to a jelly filled donut.
The protrusion usually means that some of the jelly is almost protruding or coming out through the outer part of the donut (or disk in this case).  This could be a source of low back pain, or leg pain if the bulging is close to a nerv

Sounds like an MRI: report. Degenerative changes in one of the discs between the vertebrae plus some changes noted in a segment of one of ligaments that runs up and down the spine. It helps to look at some pictures or a physical model to understand the anatomy. What this means in terms of your current symptoms may be related. Weakness can be due to spinal cord compression or something unrelated. Ask your doctor.

Anal Fissures: Anal fissures do not cause cancer, but a complication can develop known as a fistula.  A cool-rectal surgeon should examine you and see if this is the problem you have developed.

Pain under ribs: Hello ~ I note you had a colonoscopy on 2/4/16 and now have pain under rib cage and shoulder pain. A rare complication of colonoscopy is rupture of the colon and more so if there is inflammatory bowel disease. If you perforate the colon you would get air in abdomen and it will rise to under diaphragm giving you pain you are getting. Go back to GI doc and have this checked thx

clear mri in july and now in december i have a 12mm cyst in the left choroidal  fissure. what is this and can it cause symptoms?

Double check old MRI: choroidal fissure cyst is a congenital developmental lesion which almost never causes symptoms.  It is near the temporal horn of the lateral ventricle and can be easily mistaken for this normal anatomical structure.  Make sure the lesion was not present previously on the July MRI.  If it really is new, it could be lots of things such as infection (cysticercosis), or neoplasm.

should i be worried about a neuroepthial cyst located in the left choroid fissure region with numbness and tingling on left side.

Choroid cyst: No. A choroid plexus or neuroepithelial cyst is a benign mass. A cyst has to be large enough  to put pressure on the surrounding brain. Also, a left-sided cyst would cause symptoms on the right side of the brain. A left-sided cyst would not cause left-sided symptoms.
