Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Chest pain: There are many causes of chest pain, the heart is but one, intestinal gas and thoracic musculoskeletal pains are very common, anxiety and panic attacks likewise are frequent causes. You should always ask the doctors who see you what they think is the problem you came for and what to do about it.

Hyperventilation: 30's male with episodic feelings of doom with chest pain, panicky feelings, and shortness of breath likely has hyperventilation and panic attacks.  If confirmed by a medical examination then meditation, biofeedback, and an anti-anxiety medication might help. Is there an underlying problem of ptsd?

Poor training: Sudden burst of exercise cause muscular ischemia which will show as spasm or pain. I t is not a disease. you must train yourself gradually. For every 15 min you walk you can run 1 min next day. you can go as high as you want. there will be no pain. I am a marathon runner. if you do not exercise for 2 weeks, you have to start from the beginning. remember gradual increments.
