Or go higher: Takes Prozac (fluoxetine) 4-6 was to start working (most SSRIs 2-3 was)  dosage range 20-80 mg-- If you felt it helped initially I'd say stay with it.

Anxiety: Prozac (fluoxetine) can be used long-term. I try to avoid long -term use of benzodiazapines. What are you doing besides taking medication? Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises &amp; meditation
