Yes: At controlled levels, very safe. Fluoride in the water has drastically reduced the number of cavities in growing children over the years.  And if you brush and spit out, then fluoridated toothpaste is very effective and safe as well.

: Nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes remineralize enamel, whereas fluoride helps prevent demineralization. I would rather you try to prevent caries in the first place than try to reverse the process. That being said, fastidious home care with both products should provide you with a lifetime of healthy teeth.

Uncle Tom's?: The closest i've seen is uncle tom's. I'm not sure if it's vegan or not, but that would be the closest thing that i'm aware of.

You can: As long as you are not swallowing lots of the mouthwash and/or toothpaste it is no problem and it may help keep your tooth enamel healthy.  You can not over-do topical Fluoride appllied to the surface of teeth in your mouth.  Too much systemic (swallowed) Fluoride is not good although you would need to swallow a lot for it to be a problem.
