Probably: Fluid seen in the endometrial canal of the uterus would typically be due to a period - especially at your age. It would only be in someone older (post menopausal) that finding fluid in the canal would be concerning.

well will free fluid in uterus reasorbe ? it's been 3 weeks & i still have a bit of pain i'm sooooo skinny i feel pain everywhere !

Not sure: I guess I have to wonder why you have free fluid in the uterus.  Have you checked a pregnancy test?  If not, you need to do so.  Also, I am not sure that being extremely thin is a reason for feeling pain more than other patients.  It seems that you need further evaluation with an ob/gyn or perhaps a second opinion.

on day 3 baseline scan, doc found fluid in uterus. never happened before. what can be the cause? et line -6.1 mm triple layered. doc said not to worry

Totally normal: May be menstrual fluid, endometrial secretions, etc... this is to be expected on CD 3. Good wishes.

Unclear: It is not normal to have fluid in the uterus. That fluid definitely may have an impact on implantation and pregnancy., can require some further investigation it is persists.

if follicles fill back up with fluid after egg retrieval is this something  they would cancel a transfer for? or only if there is fluid in uterus?

Doubt it: I can't think of any reason i would cancel when follicles re-accumulate, they usually do.

Yes: Yes - definitely.  Have your doc do a pregnancy test and a follow up ultrasound if necessary.  Very early pregnancy can show a small amount of fluid in the uterus.

why am i still spotting and having cramps and nausea one week after ovulation? u/s shows fluid in uterus. no infection present.

Need more info: Usually fluid in the uterus implies blood. Not always, but often. If you aren't bleeding, then i'd wonder if you recently had a procedure that could have caused scarring of the cervical canal, preventing the blood/fluid from draining? Sometimes, ovulation isn't successful, and we get a persistent cyst that can be painful and leak fluid outside the uterus (they would have seen that on ultrasound).

recurring fluid in uterus. had open myomectomy to remove large fibroid 2 years ago could this be the cause?

Maybe: if during the myomectomy they entered the uterine cavity, then you may have developed scar tissue that blocks menstrual flow from completely leaving the uterus.
it shows up as fluid in the uterus and may be accompanied by pains,
a hysteroscopy and D&amp;C may be helpful

Have MD sample it: Have your MD take a sample or biopsy of the endometrium or fluid to have an analysis done of the content to rule out any evidence of abnormal cells.

Fluid: It could be a polyp or a clot of menstrual blood that appears like a fluid collection.  Since you are around the age of menopause, I imagine that your gyn may recommend a D&amp;C hysteroscopy to look inside the uterus and get more tissue.
