Maybe nothing: The fetus swallows amniotic fluid.  If the stomach isn't full, it may mean that that the baby hasn't swallowed recently.  Best wishes!

Perinatology: In order to get detailed information about your baby's growth and development on ultrasound, you need to see a perinatologist. There are many disorders possible but they're rare -- gastroschisis, echogenic bowel, situs inversus, omphalocele, etc. A second trimester ultrasound should look for all of these.

Any : Any abdominal pain during pregnancy should be evaluated.  When a patient is pregnant, there is expansion of both the pelvis bones initially, and then as the baby grows and the uterus rises out of the pelvic area, it can put pressure on the ribs.  Some women even describe feeling kicks in the rib area.  If a patient has any new or persistent pain during pregnancy, especially if it is accompanied by fever, problems with urinating, vomiting, or decreased fetal (baby)  movement, the patient should be immediately evaluated by an obstetrician (pregnancy doctor).

Nose: Blowing nose is not recommended in nonpregnant . It could cause nose bleeds. Just wipe secretions coming out.

Charcoal : Charcoal grills produce poisonous carbon monoxide gas. When meats are cooked on a grill;  fat drips onto the charcoal &  form polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (pahs). Pahs rise with the smoke and are absorbed in the meat as well as being inhaled. Heterocyclic amines (hcaâ€™s) form in meat due to the heat of grilling. These substances are toxic. Charcoal contains coal dust and limestone which become airborne and can be inhaled. Allergic symptoms for charcoal include:  hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat. 
  As previously stated if you allergic, you need to avoid what you are allergic to.

what to do if failed to visualize fetal stomach on ultrasound?

Ask your doctor: most of the time the fetal stomach is seen, but not always. talk to your doctor and see what they think.  you can always have another ultrasound done if needed but this may not be covered by insurance.
