Subchorionic bleeds: If you are a smoker with a subchorionic bleed the risk of miscarriage is higher, but in general subchorionic bleeds are common and don't necessarily cause an issue.  The cyst is likely your corpus luteum and you are supposed to have one.  It provides progesterone to your pregnancy until the placenta takes over production around 12 weeks.

Ovarian cyst : If a cyst on the ovary is described as simple, it usually has a very thin wall with fluid that is not mixed with blood or other cellular products. If it is not a simple cyst, and it is described as hemorrhagic or with other cells, a gynecological surgeon needs to see the patient for a biopsy to determine if there are any elements of cancer.

Miscarriage: You probably will have a miscarriage. Irregular gestational sac is not normal. By 8 a heartbeat should be seen.

No: Amniotic fluid cannot be affected by dehydration.Neither can short cervix--probably from birth--genetic--talk to your doctor.

Hard to say: Without seeing the fluid i can only "guess".  It may only be a residual of the "bloody show " that is related to implantation bleed.  Mucous plug may be clear fluid on ultrasound so it is tough to single out one cause. Follow up sono with your provider to see if it goes away.

i have a bump on my cervix it has been there for a few months i have had a colposcopy  done the bump is hard not fluid like could this be cancerous?

Hard to say: A colposcopy, with biopsies, should be able to detect cervical cancer.  If you aren't satisfied with the explanation given by your doctor, i would recommend getting a second opinion.
