Blood blister: If there was no fluid or other substances it wasn't a cyst. Blood blisters tend to harden up rather than turn into cysts which are fluid filled or contain substances like cheesy material.

Depends : Some providers will drain it while others will teach you how to wrap it in the hopes that it will reabsorb on its own, especially in order to reduce the risk of introducing infection. Your physician can evaluate you further to help you determine the best course.

not sure if its a cyst or wrist tendinitis but ive experienced this pain for a few years now. it returns when ive aggravated it with heavy use. pain is now slightly radiating from my wrist to my elbow to my shoulder. ?

Some fits with tendo: This fits more for tendonitis  but not up to the shoulder. The elbow can fit so the shoulder  may also be related but not directrly.  You need to get an evaluation - have your physician send you to a rheumatologist.

Unlikely: Usually ganglion pain is localized to the affected wrist. However if it is affecting movement and one is compensating for the pain it could cause referred pain to other joints on the same extremity.
