Enterocolitis?: Thickened colon is usually sign of inflamed or infected bowel such as Enterocolitis. Your doctor can do blood tests, stool sampling , other imaging to exclude or confirm this diagnosis. Sometimes endoscopy is utilized. Medical therapy, antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs , may be used.

Probably 2 weeks: This is just a guess, but the fluid that is present from ovulation (release of an egg) is very minimal and probably gets reabsorbed very quickly.  This is confused by a small amount of blood that comes from the tubes during menstruation and also appears as fluid in the pelvis.

Not reliable: Fluid in the culture de sac can suggest ovulation but i would rely on it. It can disappear quickly and be caused by other things.

Don't know: It's pretty common for there to be a little bit of free fluid in every woman's pouch of douglas as it were.  The lining of the abdomen, the peritoneum, produces fluid to lubricate all of the internal organs and naturally this fluid accumulates in the pelvis because were upright most of the time.  Unless there was a lot of fluid, evidence of ovarian cyst rupture i wouldn't necessarily be worried.

Emergency..: If you have abdominal pain and had CT. Free fluid in lower part of pelvis( Douglas pouch) is never normal. It could be ruptured tubal pregnancy, appendix or other acute abdomen emergency. Please, call MD. who order CT or go to emergency if ongoing pain .

Irritation: the fluid from the ovarian cyst, upon rupture, can irritate the lining and can cause your symptoms mentioned above. You may need an ultrasound to follow up on the size of the cyst and to determine further interventions.

: By itself the wording means little. That is the location at the base of the abdomen/pelvis where fluid would accumulate due to gravity. It can  represent leftover fluid after ovulation breaks down the corpus luteum that released an egg. If there are symptoms the issue should be interpreted by the doc with all the relevant history and exam findings.
