blood calcium level fluctuates since august its been at 10.6 went down to 9.7 up again to 10.00 then 10.3 now its at 10.5 why the fluctuations have had parathyroid checked all normal. all other blood work in normal ranges ?

Very small percentage of high calcium due to cancer.Exxcess vitamin d intake is another cause. Further testing of parathyroid function is usually needed by  your doctor.

Need more info: Hi. Do you have high blood calcium from a cancer? That's a vital piece of information to leave out, if that's the case. Treating high calcium due to cancer or severe recalcitrant Paget's disease are the only 2 things I could think of that MONTHLY pamidronate IV would be given for, and Paget's doesn't have high blood calcium. Can you provide information why your calcium is high? Good luck!

The body usually readily absorbs calcium and specific types of food are inconsequential.  Of course dairy products are full of calcium.  The kidneys closely control calcium levels, and exercise will not interfere with this control.
