Not a good idea: Anti-biotics can give rise to yeast confections. therefore, the tablet against the yeast infection would ideally be taken after the course of antibiotic has been completed.

Yes, but why?: Azithromycin is used to treat bacterial infections and Diflucan (fluconazole) is used to treat fungal/yeast infections. So, if you have both condition and need both meds, you can use them. If not having both types of infections, no need to use both medicines. Not sure: That boric acid adds much, many otc douche products have acetic acid, and indeed the mild "acid" may help.  Diflucan alone should do the trick: 400mg PO for 14 days.  Doing Monistat (mycostatin (nystatin) cream or suppositories) for longer time may work.  If it does not work, you may need to see an ob-gyn or id doctor to charcterize better.
