Cause unknown: We do not understand completely why someone would develop an allergy to a medication, but it does happen. It is very important that once you develop an allergy to a medication that you avoid it in the future. This is because repeated exposures to an allergen tend to cause worse symptoms with repeated exposures.

Diflucan, (fluconazole) is a prescription drug, at any rate, if in doubt and don't know whether you're are going to have a reaction to a certain drug, take the first dose in the prescriber's office, ER or urgent care waiting area,stay for an hour,if nothing happens, go home,if severe reaction,you're where you should be

Yes: vulvar  itching without discharge can indicate infections like yeast or stis like herpes. It can indicate an allergic reaction to household products like certain soaps and laundry detergents. There are also some skin conditions liked lichen sclerosis which can cause vaginal itching. A vulvar biopsy can often be helpful to determine the cause and treatment.

Give it a week: It take several days for symptoms of yeast to clear up entirely. Give it a few more days, then recheck with your doctor if you still have discharge or symptoms. Or if in doubt, get the discharge checked anyway. Discharge isn't usually the main yeast symptom, and you may need to be checked for STDs (depending on risks) and other causes.

: There is no specific contraindication to getting a tattoo while on fluconazole, but it may not be wise to subject yourself to a tattoo while battling a fungal infection. Tattoos are rarely done under truly sterile conditions, no matter what the artist tells you. I'd wait.  You'll be looking at that tattoo every day for the rest of your life.
