There is no specific contraindication to getting a tattoo while on fluconazole, but it may not be wise to subject yourself to a tattoo while battling a fungal infection. Tattoos are rarely done under truly sterile conditions, no matter what the artist tells you. I'd wait. You'll be looking at that tattoo every day for the rest of your life. What does a week or two matter? Good luck.
