Hard to be sure: The antibodies built during pregnancy are pushed into baby at a level higher per pound than mom retains. That said, all such antibodies begin to age out and become less effective with time. By 3-6 mo there is little if any left. Since there are always a few more flu strains circulating than the ones they can put in the vaccine, it is important to avoid exposure as the primary form of prevention

Influenza is a devastating illness to some in pregnancy, we lost   2 moms here 2 years ago (babies ok).

Not recommended: There are however, no adequate and well controlled studies in pregnant women. Because animal studies are not always predictive of human response FluMist should be administered during pregnancy only if it is felt to be necessary.  The overwhelming probability is that you and your baby will be fine.

Definitely have: Pregnancy lowers your immunity. Right now if you can avoid having the flu in pregnancy this is a win. If you had to get corona and the flu in pregnancy it would really be much worse.

Vaccination : No, you don't need another vaccination. One dose is sufficient for cover against the current influenza virii doing the rounds.
