Period flow: A heavy menstrual flow is not necessary for good health.  A light period is perfectly normal.

Unlikely: A negative pregnancy test is fairly definitive. Maybe your nausea is due to something else? If you could be pregnant, that is, if you are sexually active, consider re-taking the pregnancy test in 5-7 days. Nausea and reaction to smells would be very early for someone who was just newly pregnant so likely these symptoms are due to something else.  Good luck!

can sperms disturb the flow of period. i have been experiencing heavy spotting and some blood clots lately and its almost  3 weeks without a period and a took a home pregnancy test, whch indicate that um negative?

Too soon to test: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

this may be odd, but is there a way to reduce the flow of a period without using the pill? more natural way?

Exercise: Exercise can help reduce the flow of menses.  Also non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen can be helpful.  Talk to your doctor about an appropriate dosage for you to try if you are interested.  Eating well with many veggies and lean protein is always helpful in feeling your best too.

The output: of hormones during the menstrual cycle is not exactly the same from cycle to cycle in many , in fact most women. This also varies with age. It is this hormonal effect on the lining of the uterus (womb) that determines the "thickness" of the lining and it is the "shedding" of this lining which determines menstrual flow. Hope this helps!

Same as anyone else.: One gets pregnant when sperm and egg meet in the uterus.  The amount of flow is not a measure of fertility.  Everyone is a little different.

Accepted Answer

It may affect the: cycle.  it is a mild stimulant.  But other things affect your cycle more, like insomnia, hyperactivity, exercise, fatigue, and dehydration from urinating too much.  All of these things are associated with coffee drinking :) Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

: Oral contraceptives contain low amounts of hormones, and stop ovarian hormone production, with consequent diminished symptoms of pain and bleeding during the "placebo week".  Your menstrual periods will be eliminated and ovulation will cease if taken punctually as directed.

Probably not: It is possible that you might have some ideosyncratic change , but i would not expect so.
