Unlikely: A negative pregnancy test is fairly definitive. Maybe your nausea is due to something else? If you could be pregnant, that is, if you are sexually active, consider re-taking the pregnancy test in 5-7 days. Nausea and reaction to smells would be very early for someone who was just newly pregnant so likely these symptoms are due to something else. Good luck!
