Stick with ferrous: gluconate. You may, after consultation with your doctor, increase the dose. Floradix will cost more without any added benefit.

Maybe...: Ingredients include: Each 10 ml dose contains:
- Iron (from ferrous gluconate) 7.50
- Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 1.00mg
- Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) 1.25mg
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 500.00 microgram
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 600.00 nanogram
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 10.00mg
- Rosa canina (Rosehip) ext. equiv. to fruit dry 99.00mg, other herbals.

Oral supplement?: Cramps, stomach ache, constipation, less often diarrhea; occasional flare of inflammatory bowel disease. Iv supplementation can cause allergic reaction, fever, joint aches and pains, rash.

You need to rule out a loss of iron to account for your low i saturation, unless you eat a diet low in i. If not,  see a doctor to discuss the reason you have such a low i saturation. Good luck.

IV iron: Studies show IV iron can cause nausea and vomiting, swelling, strange taste, headache, dizziness, joint pain. However, please remember the benefits  of replenishing your iron supply may vastly outweigh the risks which can be monitored. Good luck to you

Find a specialist: You may have hemochromatosis and will need an endocrinologist to  evaluate your hormones and they may send you to a hematologist or other specialist to evaluate the high iron.

i have to take ciprofloxacin its the liquid version im very worried as there is serious side effects it says that it should only be used if a safer one cant be and can life long issues one of the rare side effects is death i need it for epodidymitis?

: Duplicate question; see other reply. This is a complicated situation and cannot be adequately addressed on this or any other online forum. If ciprofloxacin in fact is needed, the risk of serious side effects is very low; there are 40 years of experience with it, with few dangerous outcomes and no reported deaths except in patients a lot older than you. Keep working with your doctors.
