Why flared: Determine why flared first.  If born with these then may be permanent.  See a dr. And discuss with them the when, where, why and what can be done about it then.

Pectus excavatum: Pectus excavatum can be surgically repaired, but surgery is usually reserved for people who have moderate to severe signs and symptoms. Yes: While a corset may help one's posture, it will not correct or stop the problem of one's bones changing shapes or positions. Nonsurgical options for such conditions may include a body brace that can be worn all day to slow deformation, depending on the severity of symptoms. An orthopedic doctor specializing in spine and scoliosis therapy can evaluate and offer treatment advice.

Hard to say.: If the skin is sensitive, shingles comes to mind.  Is there a rash forming in that area?  If not, has there been any recent trauma to the area?  Are you short of breath?  Are you having any palpitations?  You may need an actual evaluation by your doctor to really see what's going on here.

Get looked at: What part of the chest is it.,Which rib?You need this looked at.Could be a lymph node,a lipoma ,some type of cyst but difficult to assess without looking at.

Needs more hx / exam: left sided abdominal pain may be secondary to a number  of things.   Peptic  ulcer disease especially of it is relieved with food and occurs 2 hours later or may even wake you from sleep. 
The left colon is also located in that  region ,  the spleen if there is a history of the trauma .  So the cause of left sided abdominal  pain can be secondary many things  and needs a through history and physic

Check kidney: Your kidneys are there so your age group you think of uti, muscle strain, bruise. You need to see your family doctor.

Ribs hurt slouch: Seems to me you know the source of your problem.  Discuss with your Dr if it is not healthy to slouch?
