Abnormal cystometry: I assume by abnormal cystometry you mean a bladder test that measures your bladder capacity, emptying , and whether your bladder is poorly contractile and can't empty, or overactive and have urgency and urge incontinence. If you are a woman and have a normal urinalysis, probably nothing more but if male or have abnormal urinalysis then a cystoscopy should be done.

Yes: A urology evaluation is necessary if there is a significant amount of blood on the test because the blood could come from a bladder cancer of other serious condition

U nitrite 2nd coff?: Not certain which test they use so would need to look that up to see if coffee interferes. Recommend retesting without coffee.

History &amp;examination: Each Dr will need detailed medical history including past &amp; family history, review of symptoms &amp; questions in more detail when for specialty concerned. Physical examination include looking you over, inspecting eyes, ears &amp; mouth, chest examination including stethoscope, palpation of abdomen &amp; check urine specimen. Might need rectal exam. May require x-rays or other studies later. Dr will explain.

Prolactinoma : Due to excess prolactin hormone production from a pituitary adenoma can cause this. The questionnaire's profile lists Risperidone which can also cause elevation in prolactin level and hypot.

: The same way it was diagnosed in the years before ultrasound. Physical exam and urine tests/symptoms. If I put pressure on the area/it hurts/you have a discharge and puss in the urine you have epididymitis. The US is a nice way to confirm the diagnosis.

Yes: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your PSA is within the normal range.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Hernia?: Sitting is an activity that increases intra-abdominal pressures.  If you have a hernia, it would become more symptomatic the higher the pressure.

Urologist can help: The urologist and the patient can decide on surgical treatment for a varicocele, which is a swollen cluster of veins (full of blood flow). Symptoms like discomfort, pain, or excessive swelling are some of the 'reasons for surgical treatment. The urologist can also explain how the surgery is done, and what the recovery time is. Not all varicoceles have to be removed.
