Green vegetables : I am so sorry, nosebleeds may occur. The bleeding should stop within a few minutes. If not, please notify your physician. If they allow you to take green leafy vegetables such as cooked Kale, this may be helpful.

Possibly: There was an article published in 2012 that showed that men who took fish oil had a higher grade prostate cancer.  Otherwise there is no other data on fish oil and cancer yet.  Hope this helps.

Faulty reporting: There was a study in which folks diagnosed with prostate cancer had more omega-3's on board; perhaps they were simply more health-conscious, took fish oil tablets / ate fish and got diagnosed earlier. Cause-and-effect makes little biologic sense. The last several studies have shown no cardiac benefit for these supplements; we'd all probably agree that controlling risk factors is far more helpful.

Doubt any danger: One paper found that men diagnosed with prostate cancer are more likely to have more of the fish-style fatty acids on board. Hardly proves risk from taking them, an idea that makes no sense biologically -- more likely, health-focused guys take the stuff / eat more fish ; also get diagnosed earlier. Ignore this "pop" stuff ; choose supplements with your physician / a trustworthy holist's guidance.

Yes and no: The evidence that suggests there is a protective effect from fish oil against alzheimer's is weak and tentative.  I wouldn't take it for that indication. While we're at it, the link showing reduced heart disease is weak too. The strong link is eating fish.  Your salmon is good.
