Not really: Pregnant women will have slightly more clear discharge which is odorless and causes no symptoms. Excessive discharge is not pregnancy related and requires testing for infection. It is important that vaginal infections (bacterial vaginosis is most common) get treated during pregnancy.

UTI?: I would first check for a bladder infection. Some women don't have typical symptoms for this and it's a pretty common and easy to eval for. If not this, then see your physician right away. There are several possibilities and further eval might require pelvic exam and lab tests

Baby kicks: Pregnant women will sense the fetal movements in a variety of ways. There is not a correct place to feel movement or an incorrect place. You will feel kicks and movements usually whereever the feet, elbows and arms are located inside of your uterus.  The placental location does not change that.

Being Pregnant: Your Prenatal guidebook will have a whole chapter on what is normal in the final weeks of pregnancy. This is normal.  Your cervix is changing and your pelvis is getting ready for delivery.

Maybe: Please see your doctor. Most likely, all is well. You will need to get some blood tests and an ultrasound. 15% of women bleed during pregnancy and most of these women have a normal pregnancy. It is still best to get it checked.

Concerning: For preterm labor.  You should have your cervix checked by your doctor.  When you have a short interval between pregnancies, this does increase the risk of preterm delivery.

during my first pregnancy, i experienced light brown discharge at 14 weeks than mild red bleeding at 19 weeks. both times doctor said everything was fine & my pregnancy was healthy. would my next pregnancy be considered high risk?

Pregnancy ?'s: Bleeding at 14 weeks ("brown discharge")  and "mild red bleeding" at 19 weeks may have multiple causes, including the position of the placenta, covering partially the cervical canal.  This is not necessarily going to occur in your next pregnancy to consider it "high risk", but your OB physician should be made aware.

if my first pregnancy was uncomplicated and vaginal birth was uncomplicated. when i get pregnant with #2 what are the chances of everything going smooth like the first time? i always worry about dying and worst cases and those fears coming back

Pregnancy:  Each pregnancy has the potential to be different. However, if you don't have specific risk factors, I would try not to worry about the "what if's". Take good care of your self and your baby and get good prenatal care.

Dr consult necessary: There are many thoughts and studies on this topic. Many doctors feel that a vaginal birth after a c/s is dangerous to mother and baby, while other dr's think a trial of labor is possible. It will require a detailed discussion with your dr.

minor cp. tense only when nervous. weigh 115, 5.5' doc told me that my first pregnancy will be c/s. why? b/c of my tensing? sm pelvis? wont it expand?

Individual case: All of those are good guesses. You will have to ask your doctor. Just because one has CP does not mean a vaginal delivery is out of the question. But in your case all of the things you mentioned would need to be assessed.
