i bled after 10 days of duphaston, i'm diagnosed with pcos. hpts were nega but i sometimes feel little gas bubbles which acc. to my search is how the babies movements feel. it's been 18w since my last sex. should i still be worried about pregnancy?

Tests are accurate: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. Can test by 3 weeks after sex (by 3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a regular period or missing a withdrawal period.

is it normal for the baby not to move at night during pregnancy? im 27 weeks pregnant and my baby moves a lot during the day but at night there is no movement is this normal? this is my first pregnancy so i dont know whats normal and whats not

Sleep wake cycles: Thankfully a fetal movement pattern often mimics the mothers sleep//wake cycle to some degree. This means more movement during the day and less at predictable sleep periods. Movement will occur during these periods but are less intense &amp; may not be perceived.

At about 18 weeks: Since you know what to look for you might feel it a little earlier, but sometimes it can be even weeks later and still be completely normal.  My sympathies to you as you wait this out and i wish you well.

Baby location: At 26 weeks gestation the very top of the uterus (fundal height) should be about 6 cm above your belly button. That means the baby will be laying pretty low down since you are only in the 2nd trimester. You can have your doctor verify for you at your next visit.

Fetal movement: At 26 weeks, the fetus is still small and even if he/she "kicks" you will not generally feel it strongly enough to assign it to a "kick".  The fetus does move around, which involves a change in position, which can be felt fairly often.

Fetal movement : It is possibly to see fetal movement by ultrasound as early as 8weeks from the last menstual cycle. However, one cannot feel it due to its small size. In general, fetal movement is felt from 16 weeks onward with most able to feel movement by 20weeks. First time pregnancies are closer to the 20week mark whereas subsequent pregnancies feel movement earlier. Movement should be regular by 24 weeks.

You need: To feel 10 distinct movements per day.  If not feeling movement then lay down and relax, see if you feel it.  If markedly decreased you need monitoring so call your doc or go to l@d.  Good luck.

Congrats: On your pregnancy, since this is your first, you won't start feeling the baby kicking till later , close to 25 weeks, may be earlier, you need to be quiet, sitting or lying down to feel it, wish you a healthy pregnancy and and healthy child
