Baby movements: At 19 weeks it would be really hard to tell whether you are having truly decreased baby movements or just not feeling your baby move consistently. At 19 weeks even in women who had previous pregnancies, baby movements are not consistently present. I would not get discouraged but would advise you to talk to your obgyn. He may elect to do an ultrasound to assess your baby's wellbeing.

This is normal: At nineteen weeks, your baby is still so small that you may not feel every movement. Please be assured that as the baby continues to grow, you will notice stronger and more frequent movements. If you have not felt movements for a while or if you experience pain or bleeding, see your doctor for an exam.
