Need 2nd dose: Usually, anaphylaxis (&amp; allergic reactions) requires a SECOND exposure to the foreign substance. The first exposure, which could be decades ago, "primes" the immune system. The second &amp; subsequent exposures cause anaphylaxis. However, methycobalamine (Vitamin B12) is a natural &amp; necessary vitamin, so if u react, it wd b from a preservatives or excipient in the injection. There r few other side eff

Nair: This may have been a primary irritation from Nair rather than a true allergic reaction, but nevertheless I don't recommend that you use it again in view of your intolerance to it as evidenced by the burning discomfort it caused. The next application may cause a more extensive reaction or inflammation.

: You had the vaccine almost 2 days so you passed all most of major adverse effects. You should not worry at all at this time.
If I were you, I would take only one dose and that is more than enough.

No: If your stomach wants to vomit, you cannot hold it. If you were able to sleep it off, it is okay.

No quick way: There is no way to cure a cold quickly. You can control symptoms with decongestants and cough medications. If you have a lot of nasal congestion, nasal saline can be helpful. Good luck!
