Symptoms: There is nothing to do to help you. This will pass as soon as all of the food you ingested causing this trouble is passed out of your GI tract.  It should be less than 48 hours.

Sounds like it has..: Early in the morning stomach aches often are form gastritis or reflux, whose symptoms are typically worse on an empty stomach when you haven't eaten all night. Food sensitivity is not an uncommon cause of the gastritis, so if you have a history in the past of having problems with milk, it could certainly be back and giving you your symptoms. Try OTC acid reducer for a few weeks to settle symptoms.

Feeling gassy...: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks).  Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

I : I see that this question was asked almost a full day ago.  I hope that he has been seen by a physician over that period of time. If he is suffering from severe abdominal pain and has vomited blood or material that looks like coffee grounds, he needs to be seen asap.

: Sounds like it might be a parasite like Giardia which can present with intermittent recurrent symptoms of nausea  and vomiting.  Would consult pediatrician for evaluation and treatment.

Needs to be checked: You have pain in abdomen and it is not related to your menstrual cycle.We do not have enough information as to the location/severity/associated symptoms like nausea/vomiting,loss of appetite,constipation/diarrhea.I suggest as the pain is persisting,you get it checked by your doctor asap,to find the cause and appropriate treatment

Gi upset: You have some sort of of GI upset.  The mild fever that is now gone, points toward a mild viral illness. These are usually self limiting, meaning that with clear liquids and rest for a day or two, and then slowly increasing your diet to a BRAT (Bananas/rice/applesauce/toast) diet (soft foods and increasing as tolerable) you should feel better.  If no relief, than see the dr. for other causes.  Goo
