Nerves : It is hard to know what you mean by the statement that your nerves are so fine. If you mean that the nerves are  hypersensitive then anxiety and stress may be contributing to the headaches and stomach pain. Avoidance of alcohol, caffeine, cheese, and chocolates may help. Biofeedback and meditation can help too. See your medical doctor to  diagnose and treat the problem.
