?MS: You may have MS but  the fingertips turning blue sounds more like Raynaud's syndrome and is treatable. You may need to see a rheumatologist to get this diagnosed and treated.

Raynaud's: Raynaud's sometimes is called a disease, syndrome, or phenomenon. The disorder is marked by brief episodes of vasospasm (va-so-spazm), which is a narrowing of the blood vessels.
Vasospasm of the arteries reduces blood flow to the fingers and toes. In people who have raynaud's, the disorder usually affects the fingers. In about 40 percent of people who have raynaud's, it affects the toes.

Maybe: This is likely raynauds disease. Have the issue evaluated by a rheumatologist to rule out other causes, any underlying diseases and decide if any treatment is needed.

Tired, fatigued, out: of breath a lot, pale lower eyelids, when you invert them. Pale skin, or almost ghostly white. Your PCP can do a simple blood test to determine if you are or not, and what type of anemia too. Your irregular periods, weight, height, and vital signs would also help determine this. So, basically, you need a history and physical. Then, let the PCP Dr. make recommendations to get you back on track!

Cold: External body temperature controlled by metabolic rate and skin circulation make sure you donot have fever rule out hypothyroid you could have vessel spasm called raynauds probably just your physique exercise not smoking and dress warm.

Right heart: Hi Edwina,this could be simple or very complex. Usually the heart will tolerate quite severe TR without severe symptoms. If you want to link the blue finger to the heart you have to think of LtoR shunt as in severe VSD (Eisenmenger), CHD (Fallots) or large ostium primum. You need an ECHO if it has not been done. If these are normal, the SOB could be mild CHF or deconditioning.  Chk for Raynauds tx

Raynaud's: Raynaud's is a disorder where your fingers and toes turn white or blue in response to cold temperatures.  Smaller arteries that supply blood to the fingers and toes get smaller in response to cold.  The initial treatment is a baby aspirin.  If that does not help, sometimes a blood pressure medication is used to dilate the arteries.  Hope this helps.

i observed that my both leg finger tips turn blue after removing shoes/socks later it become normal no sensation and no pain. here it is cold weather.?

Vasospasm: Your blood vessels are sensitive to cold. Cold weather causes compression of blood vessels away from the body like finger tips and toes cause purple blue discoloration. This can be improved by wearing gloves and wool socks to keep hands and feet warm.

when shoveling snow or out in cold weather my fingers get cold & hurt. when i get inside and use warm water its better. they may be red from the cold but not white or blue. is this raynauds or just normal from the cold and maybe wrong gloves?
