A member asked:

Why do my nail beds of my fingers and toes turn blue and kind of tingly when cold? what could cause this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Arnold Beresh answered

Vasoconstriction: Due to the cold the blood vessels constrict and therefore decreases blood flow to the area.
