Raynaud's: Raynaud's is a disorder where your fingers and toes turn white or blue in response to cold temperatures. Smaller arteries that supply blood to the fingers and toes get smaller in response to cold. The initial treatment is a baby aspirin. If that does not help, sometimes a blood pressure medication is used to dilate the arteries. Hope this helps.

This may be raynaud's syndrome.: Raynaud's may cause vasoconstriction of the artery in response to cold. When it warms up you may have some discomfort as well. This can occur in response a cold or emotional stress. It may be a symptom of underlying connective tissue disease and warrants further evaluation.
