Depends: Not usually , very few brain tumors that are in bony skull may protrude from scalp and you can feel something.

Unlikely: Most of the early tumors of GI tract are not palpable even in skinny people, possible to feel at late stages , some stromal cell tumors metastasis to omentum , if you feel a lump you must see your doctor to find out what it is, make an appointment.

Yes: Could be more of a scar from a prior injury than an independent growth in that particular spot. A hand surgeon could advise best.

: The most common cause is cervical radiculopathy due to cervical spondylosis. This condition is often self-limited and resolved in a couple days but it can recur. You can prevent the recurrence by neck and back exercise. Changing your pillow and using firm mattress may be useful. You are not at risk for lung cancer so I wonder why you think about that worst condition. Take care.

Head Lump: Thats very unlikely. However, nothing in medicine is impossible. Most likely you are feeling a scalp lesion that is localized in the skin. If it is immobile then it may be attached to the bone and in that case you may need further workup. Please consult a physician who can examine you.

when i was constipated, i put a finger in my rectum and i felt a firm, spongey, roundish bump behind the anterior rectal wall (not on the rectal mucosa, but inside the wall or behind it). could that be my cervix or is it a tumor?

Likely cervix: For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.
