i got hand foot mouth when i was 18. since then ive had similar symptoms about once a month for almost 3 years. it gets less severe as time moves on. can it be hand foot mouth? finger bumps, ulcers in mouth, chest pain, low fevers. dormant sometimes?

i have a hard bump on my finger this bump looks clear and is hard.  i feel like it could be punctured with a needle but not sure.?

Mucous Cyst: Some times a small bone spur can form on the last joint of the finger.  This can rub on the tendon and cause a small cyst to form.  They are usually hard or firm, and contain clear jelly like fluid.  The stretching of the skin causes the clear appearence.  Do not puncture this with a needle.  It could lead to a joint infection.  If bothersome, see a hand surgeon.

i have a tiny cluster/groupof finger like bumps near my panty line they don't hurt at all.  they have been here for a few months. what could this be?

Needs to be seen: It may be fat accumulation or lymph nodes or something else. Without being seen by a doctor it will be hard to say  what it could be.

Maybe papules?: Check out pictures of "pearly penile papules" and see if this isn't you. If this is what you have, it's your choice. For many couples, they're a definite "plus". Or if your lifetime partner would prefer, they can be lasered away.

Probably a hemorrhoid.: Hemorrhoids are very common. You could probably Google a picture and reassure yourself. The bumps on the other hand really need to be seen. These may be simply skin tags or they made the venereal warts. I suggest you check in with your doctor for a definitive evaluation.

Unlikely: A red and white bump on your finger could be many things. It's very rare to have a tumor in this location.  Without a picture and more information, i can't tell you what it might be.  If it hurts, infection is a possibility.  Other common causes: cysts, warts, gout, nodules related to arthritis, embedded splinter, blood blister, insect bite, herpes.
