On the bigger scale, there are many cancer organizations that are always looking for people to help out either at public awareness events like walks or fundraisers. Finally, you can always donate financially to cancer research.  There are many national cancer organizations.

early diadnosis before it is too late
and early intervention including surgery if indicated/radiationbtherapy/stem cell transplantation/chemotherapy
that gives you the best shot at the fight you want to win
but if it is diagnosed after it has metastised and spread than it may be too late.

Due to good treatme: Cancer is curable in about two thirds of all cases. In the one third where it is more advanced and has already spread widely, we can often prolong survival with good treatment. The solution is to find the best oncologist you can locate by searching/researching and have him/her as your treating doctor.

Interesting question: This is a very curious question. Cancer charities tend to focus on particular types of cancer, not particular gender and/or age groups. There are not very many cancers that affect "men, women and children equally" so i'm not sure that very many cancer charities do the same. In the end, it's about treating cancer wherever you find it, not making sure you treat equal numbers of various groups.

Healthy: Unfortunately science has not identified any specific food that can prevent cancer or turn precancerous cells back to normal.  However, eating a balanced, low calorie diet can improve your overall health and minimize the risk of developing some types of cancer.

No: Eating a well balanced diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains, beans, legumes, lentils and low in saturated fats and meats will be fine. There are no super foods, new or old.

Much confusion: By its very nature, this subject is very difficult to study. Retrospective studies have provides a morass of mutually contradictory results, as one would expect; a huge study of onmivores vs vegetarians ajcn 2009 shows little if any impact and this is consistent with other work. You'd do better to avoid known cancer risks and to maintain evidence-based screening rather than seek a "superfood".

Healthy diet: A sensible diet with plenty of protein and relatively little salt / grease / sugar will help with your life overall. But anybody telling you that there are magic cancer-fighting foods is "misinformed" or worse. Having cancer is bad enough without people giving you bad, subscientific advice. Good luck.
