Nodes: Often time with many types of infections many body part, specifically nodes get inflamed.

? reactive nodes: if the borderline enlarged nodes are the only thing found, they may mean nothing. The axillary nodes alone could be reactive from a virus or from folliculitis from shaving. Follow up with the ordering physician to ind out the significance of this finding.

Evaluation: I would have her doctor take a listen to her lungs as she may have a bacterial infection or another reason for the fever. Viral infections can be precursors to bacterial infections and a concerning sign is a fever persisting or increasing after so many days.

am 27yr girl. when i was 18, i got severe alergic cough and i took steroids. after it i put on weight and extra fat specially on belly area, big face, hair loss and acne till now... very thin hair, head skin is visible. which hormone test i go for?

: If still on steroids discus with Dr. If not discuss with a Dr who can examinee you before spending you money. They will know least expensive test to rule out Cushing's disease(s).  Saliva is used here.

Headache: Persistent headaches warrant an evaluation by your physician or neurologist. They could be muscle contraction tension headaches, but a paranasal sinus infection is a possibility since you had a recent respiratory tract infection. High blood pressure, migraine, intracranial pathology like pseudotumor, actual brain tumor, intracranial bleed, temporal arteritis are other possibilities.

Strained Intercostal: The pain is likely a result of your chronic severe cough. When you cough you contract your diaphragm and your intercostal muscles to force air out of your lungs. Like any muscle, if you use it more than normal it will get sore. you most likely have strained your intercostal muscle. See a doctor and get your cough treated and the discomfort will likely resolve.

Running nose: You may have a post nasal drip that is causing your cough. Try taking an antihistamine before bedtime or use saline nose drop 4 times daily.

See doctor: See your doctor or go to Urgent Care - you could have pneumonia and should be checked.

Cough: It is time to go and be evaluated.  With all the coughing you have likely strained some muscles but it could be pain from the lung lining as well.
