No: Not unless you have the other features of fm, especially chronic pain and fatigue, trigger point soft tissue tenderness and sleep issues. Fm is relatively uncommon in males as well.

Loss of muscle tone: My theory is that people who become sedentary and incapacitated lose global muscle tone, which potentiates them to greater expression of musculoskeletal instability leading to widespread chronic muscle spasms and trigger point development.  They develop pain to palpation of motor points in spastic muscles.  One solution is aquatherapy and regaining of muscle tone.

Possibly: There are many causes of headaches, they should always be evaluated to get the correct diagnosis and treatment. That being said, many patient with fibromyalgia complain of headache.

Possibly: The hallmark of fibromyalgia is widespread muscle pain, however many people with fibromyalgia also have insomnia.  Gastrointestinal complaints  are also common especially irritable bowel syndrome syndrome but some patients  do complain of nausea.

No.: Fibromyalgia  symptoms include sleep disturbances along with chronic pain and specific areas of the body. Depression is part of the syndrome. Too much sleep or inactivity causes leaching of calcium from the bones . Hypersomnia could be a symptom of depression also.

Sciatica?: 20's female considers "fibromyalgia" (FM) &amp; leg pain after symphysis pubis "realignment". Not enough pain loci to suggest FM. Sciatic leg pain attends pelvic girdle sacroiliac joint (SIJ) subluxation, which is commonly concurrent w. symphysis pubis torsion/subluxation. "Headwaters" tracts of sciatic nerve cross ventral aspect of SIJ sulcus before grouping into sciatic nerve that exits the pelvis.
